• Just my personal judgment, but I think it's pretty obvious from the tone of the text ("We had come a long way in fifty years … ," "So, in the 25 years from 1984 to 2009, what has happened in Pittsboro?"), as well as its reflecting a compositional ability much more advanced than Sedna10387 has shown elsewhere, that the entirety of the article is a verbatim copy of the text of a locally distributed pamphlet about the town's history.
