If you have sex with Liam than you can still have fun with Alyssa as one of the things that can stop you is if you chose Julia/Ellie or the Yoga event
You might be able to have fun, but you won't get to use the Sybian, the option doesn't come up.

I don't know why but Sophia has had sex with Liam on a number of occasions and I was still able to get the sybian event.
As far as I remember the prison visit was affected if/when you had sex with Liam,I asked Alley_Cat to check this for me.

The prison event is affected because if you drag Liam home from the casino you don't end up in debt and she has sex with Liam instead of going to the nightclub.

That's not what he's referring to. When talking to Larry about when Sophia last had sex, the dialogue changes if Sophia had sex with Liam the night before. And Larry is absolutely mocking of Liam if the last time they had sex was back on playable day 4

You can let Liam get into debt as the prison visit only changes(dialog wise) if you had sex with Liam on certain dates.
As for having sex with Liam changes the Alyssa's event I don't see it.
I know that if you refuse to wear the dress that Alyssa bought you it does change the event

I tried to message Apollodore to ask how he did it last time but apparently he doesn't allow anyone to message him w/o pre-approval

I'm not sure if it'll be the last task. Aiden is a driving force in Sophia's corruption, if sex is his last task he'll be one of the last to have sex with her, and I don't think that makes sense. Aiden's corruption is probably going to be the thing that makes Sophia more willing to cheat. I think the final tasks will be increasingly debauched scenarios. Sex, already oral, will begin sometime around tasks 15-19.

I personally can't wait to attend the next Sophia / Alyssa event .... too bad it will happen in 5/6 years because Alyssa is out on business and won't be back until next week, so before we get to that day it will have to be a lot weather
While instead I'd like to attend a Dylan / Ellie event ...

He could use some particular pill on her, or blackmail her in some way:
Could it be that he didn't find anything compromising on Ellie's computer when she fixed it? (Photos, videos ...)
She was on the bed using her cell phone and she wasn't looking at him, he found something compromising and without being noticed he dumped everything on a flash drive. Basically she was worried that Dylan hadn't peeked into her computer.
I'd like to hope for something like this
