I did answered all questions 100% in row, but Tenma's adventure still locked (everything else is unlocked and viewed)

I dont know, and your statement does not help me establishing how much of an achievement is that. But theres a youtube chinese teacher that i think is living in Mexico. She doesnt voice sex scenes either, but she is cute.
I don't know then. That's how i got it. I went for 100% correct answer, i kissed Miku and when the sex scene was about to start i found myself in the Tenma's screen. I don't remember if i actively asked her name or the dialog goes on by itself.
Lol! That shot always bugged me too. Most of the game is really well-posed, but the bit in the opening room is a bit uncanny.
